Whenever
someone revisits a relationship with an ex, people frequently ask, “Why
bother?” While true getting back with an ex rarely yields results, there are instances where it can happen. Minka might just be
one of them.
The reason why is because she was the one who left him a few years ago. True, it would've been better had Chris contacted her to see if she wanted to date again. But, she could've called to say "hello" and he took it from there in terms of getting together. Even if she suggested seeing each other, he didn't say no and still seems very into her.
There was no mention of her cheating on Chris or even leaving him for Derek. I didn't hear about her doing anything to hurt his male pride. It sounds like the relationship just may have fizzled on her end. Still, she was Chris' It Girl. If he's cautious now, it might be because he's afraid she'll leave again and he'll be hurt. This means he's definitely interested!

Who knows whether it will work out this time around. If it doesn't, I suspect it'll be Mila who couldn't get the spark to reignite. Some might ask why she'd bother try with Chris at all. For that, I don't have an answer. Maybe she felt like he's the one who got away. Either way, Chris seems pretty happy to have her back and she could be settling in. We'll just have to wait and see.
