JIM CARREY SPOTTED IN AT BEACH WITH BRUNETTE

Last we saw of Jim, he was dating Anastatisa Vitkina, a 23-year-old Russian student. Yesterday, though, he was spotted in Los Angeles at the beach with a brunette. No word on who she is. On that note, it's hard to describe Jim's type. He dated Jenny McCarthy, a blonde if there ever was one. Then he put out a video confessing his love for Emma Stone who was a red-head at the time. Now, he has a brunette on his arm. It's safe to say Jim is equal opportunity!

WHO IS THE MAN IN KARRUECHE TRAN'S TWITTER PHOTO?

Rumors flew that Karrueche was getting payback on Chris for all of his Rihanna shenanigans recently. She posted a photo with another man on Twitter writing, "Forgot this from last night...my hair weave killa." The tabloid then asked whether the man is only a friend? I read the first comment that said he's her hair dresser. This I believe. I doubt Karrueche would post a photo with another man to make Chris jealous. Something about her personality just tells me she wouldn't. It doesn't seem like part of her constitution.

MISS USA OLIVIA CULPO SAYS RYAN LOCHTE JUST A FRIEND

All those who love Ryan Lochte can breathe easy -- for the time being at least! Miss USA Olivia Culpo denied anything is happening with Ryan, saying, "people make things up when they see people together." She maintains they're no more than friends and wants everyone to know she's still single. Well, plenty of celebs have denied any romantic involvement only for us to later find out they're really dating (cough, Mila and Ashton). If this is the last time we ever hear or see them out, then we'll know for sure. What I like, though, is she didn't go on and on about him like he did over her. We'll see what happens with this one.

TAMEKA FOSTER DENIED CUSTODY AGAIN -- BUT WAS THE ISSUE ADDRESSED?

It doesn't seem as if things are looking up for Usher's ex-wife, Tameka Foster. She appealed the judge's decision which awarded primary custody of their two children to Usher. The crux of her appeal was that the judge sided with Usher because she accepted campaign donations from Usher's lawyer. The report said that when she filed the appeal, the motion -- just the motion -- was rejected (thought motions were dismissed?) and claimed his lawyer had been donating to the campaign since 2008 and everyone knows. I'm sorry -- but how does "everyone knowing about the campaign donations" remove what appears is an apparent conflict of interest? Maybe this is why Tameka plans to appeal again.

Speaking of Emma Stone, her boyfriend Andrew Garfield, and she got creative! They knew the press were waiting outside where they were eating so they carried cardboard signs that promoted a good cause. They read, "We just found out that there are paparazzi outside the restaurant we were eating in. So...why not take this opportunity to bring attention to organizations that need and deserve it? www.wwo.org www.gildasclubnyc.org. Have a good day!" So sweet! This is my favorite of the day because I've never seen it done before and loved their statement to the press that there are more important things in this world than snapping pics of celebs exiting a restaurant.
