The two questions Ryan answered which stood out are as follows:
Question 1: I've been friends with a man for a long time. How do I become more? Do I give him a hint or wait for him to ask me?
Ryan: I was always brought up and told the guy has to make the first move. I say let him approach her.
Question 2: Why can't a man pick up the phone anymore...it's all about texting. Is this a reflection of if he's actually interested?
Ryan: I prefer texting. If I get a call, I'll hit decline and text back, "hey what's up?"
Some people who commented found Ryan's advice ridiculous. Further, they thought it was rude of him to decline a woman's call and text her back instead. Be that as it may, it's obvious he doesn't want to talk. You can even tell from his impatient response. It's not like he texted, "Hi beautiful, I'm headed to practice and can't talk." He's curt and saying, "get to the point." Most women would feel humiliated. I certainly would.

I rarely do posts from a man's perspective. The reason I did so here is because when a man says women shouldn't pursue men, it seems to carry more weight. It ceases being old-fashioned advice. A man is telling women what's a turn off. For some reason, women will pay more attention to this advice when it comes from a man than a mother, girlfriend, or any other woman.
So, why would I ever lift a finger and risk ruining a man's interest in me. I believe Mimi's advice and doing anything contrary is self-sabotage. Yes, it's awful when the man you want doesn't pursue you. But, you approaching him won't make him like you. In sum, you heard it from Ryan that he'll work to get a girl who he likes.
Tell me what you think! What are your thoughts on what Ryan said?
Until next time...
Shine like Platinum!
