Is Kris Humphries Hook-up, Myla Sinanaj, Pregnant? Why Women Shouldn’t be Booty Calls!

Most of us heard about the scandal with Kim Kardashian’s ex, Kris Humphries, and his hook-up Myla Sinanaj. While Kim and Kanye West are going strong and problem free, Kris, 27, has been making headlines that..ummm…aren’t exactly putting him in the best light. Yep, it's jaw dropping.

Last time I blogged about Kris and Myla, I said it was a bad idea for her to continue seeing Kris. This is mostly because he told her that he didn’t want anything serious. Now, inside sources are saying she’s pregnant…and it’s his! Myla plans on having the child and raising it without Kris because she doesn’t trust him after all that’s happened.

Who knows whether it’s true that she’s pregnant. Judging by the pictures, though, it looks possible. She looks heavy around the middle in the dress she’s wearing. By the way, she hasn’t told Kris. Supposedly, he found out through the tabloids.

Even if she isn’t pregnant, there’s a point here that nevertheless stands: A woman shouldn't be a man’s booty call! Too many women think it’s fine to hook-up and just have sex with a man. They talk like men and say “I just want a friend with benefits. I’m dying to get laid.” Yet, it’s all fun and games until an unexpected pregnancy happens.

Women and men cannot have sex in the same way for one very specific reason: Men can’t get pregnant. If a woman ends up pregnant, she decides whether to have the baby. Not the man. If she aborts the baby, she handles the emotional fall-out. Not the man. If she keeps the baby, that baby is in her tummy -- not his -- until it's born.

Telling women to cool it on the booty calls has nothing to do with being conservative. I have no interest in bringing religion, morality, or pro-life messages into my blog. It’s advice that women better think long and hard about whether to sleep with a man. If you're a booty call and he walks, you're on your own. Or, you'll have to ask him for money which can be a long battle.

Women who follow The Rules don’t sleep with men right away. Physical intimacy is something a man must earn. Because he waits, a man is thrilled when he finally does have sex with her. In fact, sending flowers after is not unheard of. She would never be considered a “booty call” because he put so much effort into her.

Ellen and Sherrie teach women that there is no real life Samantha Jones from Sex in the City -- she doesn’t exist. Even if a woman sleeps with a man she doesn’t like, she risks still being hurt when he doesn’t call the next day. Her take away will be “I can’t even get the men I don’t like.” The sick realization will hit her that she was used. She was nothing more than a booty call. Yuk.
